林光彬，经济学博士，十大正规平台(中国)有限公司院长，教授，博士生导师,北京财经研究基地首席专家，经济学院中国政治经济学研究中心主任。兼任世界政治经济学会常务理事，中国区域经济学会常务理事，中华外国经济学说研究会理事，高等教育文化素质教育研究会常务理事，中国社科院当代马克思主义政治经济学创新智库特约研究员，全国预算与会计研究会智库专家。
工作经历：2005年7月来校工作，中国精算十大正规平台教师；2006年7月-2013年6月任教务处副处长、2013年7月-2019年8月任发展规划处处长、2019年9月——任十大正规平台院长
主要研究领域：中国特色社会主义政治经济学、国家理论与市场理论、中国经济、高等教育等。
